Shipping policy

Shipping Times

We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
• Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days
• Shipping times are calculated from the moment the order is dispatched, not from the order date.
• Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.


Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days before being handed over to the carrier.
Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).


Subscription Orders

For customers enrolled in our subscription service, shipments are processed automatically based on the selected subscription cycle.
• Subscription orders follow the same shipping timeframes (10–15 business days).
• Any changes to address or subscription details must be made before the renewal date.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by late changes or incorrect information provided by the customer.


Delays & Peak Periods

During high-volume periods (such as holidays, promotions, or seasonal sales), shipping times may be longer than usual.

We kindly ask for your patience during these periods, as delays may occur due to increased workload at courier facilities.


Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been successfully shipped and handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays, damages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers.
• Any delays due to customs, inspections, weather conditions, or courier operational issues are outside of our control.
• Lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages must be handled directly with the courier once tracking confirms dispatch.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
