Who’s Eligible

You can request a refund if:

  • Your request is made within 90 days of delivery
  • It’s your first purchase of that product (per customer or household)
  • For bundles or multi-packs:
    • One opened unit may be refunded
    • Any additional unopened units must be returned in resalable condition
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us (damaged, defective, or wrong item)

📩 How to Request a Refund

Send an email to hello@honnelys.com with:

  • Your order number (or proof of purchase)
  • Full name and delivery address
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Photos, if the item arrived damaged or defective

📝 Refund Questionnaire (Required)

Before processing the refund, you’ll be asked to complete a short questionnaire explaining the reason for your request.
This helps us improve our products and customer experience and ensures the process stays fair for everyone.

📦 Returns (If Applicable)

  • For unopened items, we will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) with the correct return address
  • Unless the item was damaged or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Please use a trackable service returns sent without authorization may be refused

🚫 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If this happens, notify us within 7 days of delivery (with photos), and we’ll replace or refund immediately shipping included

 

💳 How Refunds Are Issued

Once your request (and any required return) is approved, we’ll refund the amount to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the credit.

🚫 Exclusions

  • Gift cards and final-sale items
  • Orders showing signs of misuse, reselling, or abuse of policy
  • Returns sent without prior authorization (RMA)
